Megumi Health was founded by Dr Stephen Gibson, who has a group practice of dedicated Pain Medicine Specialists, Psychologists, Physiotherapists, and Registered Nurses. We believe in a holistic and gentle approach to pain management, understanding that persistent pain impacts all areas of life.

Individualised plan, in-person and telehealth consultations, pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical interventions, multidisciplinary team approach, onsite pathology collection

Getting a Referral
You will need a referral from your GP or specialist prior to your first appointment.
This referral may be addressed to the physician you wish to see, or simply to 'Megumi Health'.

You don't need a referral to see one of our psychologists.
However, you may wish to book with your GP to discuss your eligibility for a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP). If eligible, you will receive a Medicare rebate to assist with the cost of your sessions. Read more about it here.
If you don't have a MHCP, you may be able to claim with your Private Health Insurance or pay the sessional fee privately.
